Transfer Terms and Conditions
  • Smashholidays.com acts as an agent on behalf of transfer providers worldwide.
    Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully, they apply to all bookings made with smashholidays.com and each individual member of your party.

  • Your Contract

    When you book transfers via our website your booking is confirmed immediately and it is at this time a binding contract comes into existence, email confirmation of your booking will also be sent to you and a voucher will follow once full payment has been taken.

    The contract is subject to these booking terms and conditions, all booking conditions will apply to each and every booking made with smashholidays.com.

    Once the contract is made, it is the transfer providers' responsibility to provide you with what you have booked and it is your responsibility to pay for the service in full before you travel.

    smashholidays.com will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

    If you want to cancel or amend your booking later, you may have to pay cancellation or amendment fees.

  • Unconfirmed bookings

    In certain instances the transfer provider may be unable to confirm your booking; in this case smashholidays.com reserves the right to cancel and refund in full any bookings affected.

  • Pricing

    Prices are quoted in the (GBP) British Pounds. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you book.

    Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise by both parties.

  • Our Price Guarantee

    We do change prices from time to time. We reserves the right to change the prices at any time before your booking. We guarantee that once you have made your booking we will not increase the price of your transfer - this includes any changes to VAT or Government Taxes.

    Please note once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay.

  • Booking Amendment, Cancellation And Our Refund Policy:

    Charges for amendments will apply as per the following:
    - For amendments made to the arrival or departure dates will incur 10% of the total booking price if it's made 7 days or more prior to check in.
    - Fees for amendments made within 7 days of travel or those made to the time of your transfer service or lead name will depend on the service provider fees.
    - In all cases, all amendments to the transfer service must be made prior to travel.

    In case you wish to cancel you transfer arrangements, charges will apply as per the following:
    - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival or departure dates will depend on the service provider fees.
    - Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the arrival or departure dates will incur 50% of the total booking price.
    - Cancelations made less than 72 hours prior to the arrival or departure dates will incur 100% of the total booking price.
    - The transfer provider will make his best effort to meet your request, but that can't be 100% guaranteed, in some cases, the transfer provider may amend or cancel your booking, in such case we will inform you immediately, and also in such case neither smashholidays.com nor the service provider are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of this, nor will they be obliged to pay compensation.

  • If We Change Your Booking

    In some instances the transfer provider may alter or cancel your booking, in such circumstances we will inform you immediately.
    Please note neither the transfer provider or smashholidays.com are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of this, nor will they be obliged to pay compensation.

  • Our Responsibility

    As smashholidays.com is acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the transfer arrangements and in particular any liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence.

    Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your journey must be brought against the transfer provider and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the transfer is provided.

    Please note the transfer provider will always aim to drop and/or collect you as close to your accommodation as possible. In some instances it may not always be possible for the vehicle to take you onto the premises due to circumstances outside of the transfer provider's control.

  • Your Responsibility

    You must provide correct information at the time of booking, and neither smashholidays.com nor the service provider are responsible for the services you don't receive as a result of this.
    - It's advisable that you use the dates and times as shown on your flight details to prevent any confusion in the transfer booking.
    - It's your responsibility to have valid travel documents, and in case smashholidays.com, your carrier or the transfer provider are fined as a result of you holding incorrect or invalid travel documents, you will have to pay us the amount of this fine.
    - You must provide us upon the transfer booking with a sufficient travel insurance for your reservation.
    - We will always make sure that your transfer
    service is provided, but it's your responsibility to alert smashholidays.com or the transfer provider in case your flight is delayed or affected by circumstances outside of our control. - As a result neither smashholidays.com nor the transfer provider accepts responsibility for missed transfer services due to delayed, postponed, or other problems affecting flights.
    - You are responsible for any misconduct behaviors likely to cause annoyance or danger to other customers or any third party or damage to the transfer provider's vehicle caused by you or any member of your group or party, within our or the transfer providers reasonable opinion. And in these cases, smashholidays.com or the transfer provider reserves the right to terminate the booked service. Full cancellation charges will be applied, there will not be any refunds, and the transfer provider will not be obliged to pay compensations or additional costs and expenses you may pay as a result of terminating the transfer service. In addition, you will be liable to make a reimbursement to the transfer provider for any damage caused, before you return home.

  • Special Requests

    The transfer provider will always make every effort to meet your requests; however, please note they cannot be guaranteed. The transfer provider has no obligation to supply compensation in such instances.

  • Important Notices

    - If you are prevented from traveling because you appear to any person in authority to be unfit to travel, or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to other passengers, our responsibility for your transfer will cease. Full charges will apply and we will be under no obligation to provide a refund, compensation, or any further assistance.
    - You agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the transfer provider.

  • Indemnity

    When you book a transfer service through smashholidays.com you accept responsibility for any damage to the transfer vehicle caused by you or a member of your party.
    The transfer provider reserves the right to terminate the service booked or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion.
    In these circumstances full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the transfer provider shall be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the service being terminated.
    You agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the transfer provider. Finally you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the transfer provider for any damage caused, before you return home.

  • Complaints Procedures:

    In case of any dissatisfaction or you experienced a problem with your transfer service, please follow these procedures:
    - If your problem with the transfer service were whilst at your travel, you should immediately call the transfer provider on the contact numbers provided to you within the transfer voucher for them to resolve the problem.
    - If the problem were not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact our office from your travel destination and speak with one of our transfer team, which will contact the transfer provider and try to solve the problem. Please notice that in this case we will only work as an intermediary between you and the transfer provider.
    - In case the problem was not solved sufficiently at your travel destination, you must submit a written complaint to our office within 14 days of your return of travel. The complaint will not be accepted and investigated if submitted later than 14 days of your return.
    - Once we receive your complaint, it will be investigated and you will receive a written response within 28 days from the date of receiving it.
    - Note that if you experienced additional expenses due to this problem and you asked smashholidays.com to pay them, we will only consider claims accompanied by invoices or receipts for these expenses, and even in this case it doesn't mean that we will automatically cover these expenses.
