What booking confirmation will I receive?
You will receive a voucher via email. This is to be presented to your accommodation on arrival. If you do not receive this document you can email us [email protected]. Your online booking is confirmed once you finish the payment process.
Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates are per room per night unless otherwise specified. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charge.
Will I get my special request?
Special requests are not guaranteed. Any special requests you might have (late check outs, vegetarian menus etc.) have to be requested on the special request section on the booking form, or directly with the hotel.
Every effort will be made by your tour operator or supplier to meet your request, however, special requests are only requests and not guaranteed.
What do FB, HB, BB and A/I mean?
Bed & Breakfast:Breakfast only unless otherwise stated.
Half Board:Breakfast and Evening meal - no drinks.
Full Board:Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal - no drinks.
All Inclusive:Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal, unlimited snacks (as
per each individual hotel's service) and also local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
How do I make amendments to my online booking?
You can either login to the account you created with us using your e-mail as your user name then find your booking and amend it directly from the amendment panel, or you can e-mail us at [email protected] and we will amend it for you. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours (Mon - Fri only). Please remember to include your online booking reference and the amendments you wish to make. There may be charges applied for amendments, so please read our booking terms & conditions.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can either login to the account you created with us using your e-mail as your user name then find your booking and cancel it, or you can e-mail us at [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. There will be cancellation charges that we mentioned in our booking terms & conditions, so please make sure that you read them first. We must receive a confirmation e-mail from the lead person on the booking you wish to cancel before the cancellation is confirmed.
Can I book by paying a deposit?
Yes you can pay a 20% deposit of the booking total value if you booked your services more than 56 days prior to your travel date. And once the travel date is within the 56 days period, the rest of the outstanding balance must be paid.
When is my balance due?
All balances are due 56 days prior to your travel date. Full payment will be required for all bookings made within 56 days of departure.
Any bookings with outstanding balances within 56 days of departure may lead to cancellation and a loss of monies already paid.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously to ensure your security.
What method of payments do you accept?
By Card - We accept all major credit & debit cards including Visa, Maestro and Mastercard
Is travel insurance included in my booking?
We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential Travel insurance is an important part of booking , due to high medical costs, lost/damaged luggage, Smashholiyas.com advises all passengers to take out full travel insurance cover which is adequate to your booking.
Do I need to contact Smashholidays.com to confirm my booking?
No, since you have the booking confirmation email from us you do not need to do anything more.
Do you offer other travel related information or services?
Apart from booking accommodation using our system, you have access to products and services of partners of ours. Book your transfer from the airport to your hotel (and vice versa) from the main menu, or just after you have made a hotel booking. You can also purchase travel insurance, airport parking, travel money currency cards through our site.
